Strategies for Public Sector Transformation 1998
One of the principals in REBOOT Communications Ltd. organized Strategies for Public Sector Transformation, which was held September 22, 1998 in Victoria, B.C.
Having the theme Partners in Change, this conference attracted 642 attendees.
Following a welcoming address by Hon. Andrew Petter, B.C.'s Minister for Advanced Education, Training and Technology, a rousing speech was given by keynote speaker, Don Tapscott.
Tapscott's presentation was followed by a panel discussion on the conference theme, with participation by:
- Peter Ciceri, Compaq Canada;
- David Wright, Microsoft Canada;
- Robert Beauchemin, SAP Canada; and
- Marvin Richardson, SHL Systemhouse.
